A festival ticket entitles you to participate in all activities on a space-available basis, you must arrive at the activity in order to get a seat about 5-10 minutes before it starts.

Tickets can be canceled up to 14 days from the moment of purchase, and provided that no less than a week before the start of the event, during which time tickets cannot be canceled. 5% cancellation fee.
Tickets cannot be canceled a week before the festival.
A card can be transferred to another purchase, along with the original purchaser’s ID and the invoice sent to him along with the digital code.
Transfer of tickets is carried out under the sole responsibility of the ticket purchasers, the production should not be considered a party to the transfer of the ticket.
