are happy to present:
The 8th Sufi Festival
May 9th-11th 2019
Shitim, Ashram Bamidbar, Israel
The Sufi festival is celebrating 8 years!
Deep in the desert, we will meet again for 3 days of celebration.
In the past six years, the Sufi festival has inspired and touched many people, creating a community that keeps on growing every year that goes by.
The Sufi Festival was created in order to acknowledge and share the Sufi culture, art and wisdom which have been past down from generation to generation. The Sufi festival is a place for introspection, friendship and self expression beyond time. A zone in which music, dance and silence become a language.
Join us for a deep musical journey, with more than 15 live shows on two stages
starting Thursday afternoon and ending on Saturday evening.
a concert every 2 hours.
In the heart of the festival we will hold a unique gathering. In 6 different activity areas, we will also host respected intellectuals and master classes with leading musicians and instructors which will be discussing the different aspects of the Sufi culture.
Above all, this festival is a gathering. Between the workshops, performances, food, desert, music and silence a special bond is created between the participants. We invite you to come and experience this unique sensation.
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I will meet you there.
— Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi —
See you there!
